摘要随着城市住房改革的不断深化,我国城市住区的社会经济空间结构正在发生巨大的变化。本文从分析城市住区社会经济空间结构的变化及其原因入手,探讨了这种变化对城市社会经济的影响。

Abstract：With the uninterrupted deepening of urban housing reform, the social and economic spatial structures of urban residential settlement are radically changing in China. This paper analyses the changes in social and economic spatial structures and the causes of urban residential settlement and studies the social and economic influence of this spatial change.
